There is also a lovely village children’s play park with a pond just across the road from the house. The countryside access is balanced perfectly by easy access to nearby Guildford, with its many recreational opportunities including the renowned Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, a multiplex cinema, the G-Live entertainment venue, the Spectrum Sports and Leisure Centre in Stoke Park and golf at a number of local clubs. You will also have fast and easy access into London – you can reach the city centre in well under an hour from the front door using nearby stations at Woking or Guildford. The train services are fast and frequent into London Waterloo. The nearby A3 (less than a 5 minute drive) provides a direct route to London and the south coast, linking with the M25 for the airports and the national motorway network.
